The former Sassuolo Coach took over the Giallorossi in the summer, and the Italian international is full of praise for Di Francesco.
“Di Francesco works very hard on the pitch on a tactical level,” El Shaarawy said in a Facebook Q&A.

“Di Francesco works very hard on the pitch on a tactical level,” El Shaarawy said in a Facebook Q&A.
“I’ve already said, the things he asks from his wingers help me. They’re all things that are already part of my repertoire, and he’s also great on a human level.
“When you go onto the pitch, the boss asks you to respect the roles which have been assigned, for example [Aleksandar] Kolarov, who he tells to stay wide.”
