The match was due to kick off at 13.00 GMT, but has been provisionally pushed back to 20.30 GMT and could even be postponed until 2021.
According to Sky Sport Italia, there are several new COVID-19 positive tests in the Cittadella squad.
The delay is required to have more tests to see if these are false positives or if it might’ve spread even further within the group.
