Serie B has its first case of coronavirus after Venezia midfielder Antonio Junior Vacca tested positive.
Venezia added in their statement Vacca was observing a period of self-isolation but also that his condition was improving, with the 29-year-old no longer showing symptoms.
“In the coming days, the club will endeavour to put in place the necessary measures to check the health of other first-team members and employees,” it continued.
