Serie B side Ascoli have officially fired coach Delio Rossi after just six games, bringing in their third boss of the season, Andrea Sottil.
The troubled club had hired Rossi on November 29 as a replacement for Valerio Bertotto.
However, Rossi was dismissed today after managing just one point from his six games in charge.
Ascoli announced they have now brought in Andrea Sottil on a contract to the end of the season.
According to Sportitalia, Sottil was second choice, because Massimo Rastelli had turned them down.
