Paulo Dybala and Lorenzo Pellegrini return with Romelu Lukaku for Roma in the Derby della Capitale against Lazio’s Matteo Guendouzi, Daichi Kamada and Ciro Immobile.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).
Both teams changed coach recently, so it is the first Rome Derby for Daniele De Rossi – at least on the touchline – and Igor Tudor.
The Giallorossi lost just one Serie A game since De Rossi replaced Jose Mourinho, but were held 0-0 by Lecce last week.
Evan Ndicka sits out a ban, with Sardar Azmoun out of action, but Pellegrini returns from suspension with Dybala also fit enough to start after a muscular issue.
Lazio played only two games under Tudor, both against Juventus, winning 1-0 in Serie A and losing 2-0 in the Coppa Italia.
Mattia Zaccagni, Manuel Lazzari and Ivan Provedel are injured, but Luca Pellegrini’s ban is over and Nicolò Rovella is fit for the bench.
Immobile gets the nod rather than Taty Castellanos upfront, with Daichi Kamada pushed into a more advanced trequartista role.
The big surprise is that Luis Alberto is dropped to the bench in favour of Gustav Isaksen.
