Dusan Vlahovic and Federico Chiesa face their past for Juventus, as Fiorentina look to Andrea Belotti and Nico Gonzalez.
It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
Both teams are coming off victories in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final, as Juve saw off Lazio 2-0 and Fiorentina beat Atalanta 1-0 on Wednesday.
Vlahovic and Chiesa both scored and are eager to make a point against their old club, the Italian having shaken off flu symptoms.
Arkadiusz Milik is the only remaining figure on the treatment table, but the Bianconeri’s recent Serie A form is awful, managing just one win and four draws in the last nine rounds.
It saw them slip down to third place and even that is not entirely solid under pressure from Bologna and Roma.
Fiorentina have struggled recently too, with only four competitive victories in 2024 (plus one on penalties against Bologna in the Coppa Italia).
They were boosted midweek by beating Atalanta 1-0, but as usual wasted numerous scoring opportunities.
Vincenzo Italiano finally has a full squad to count on, with Belotti supported by Nico Gonzalez, Antonin Barak and Christian Kouame.
Juventus-owned Arthur Melo is yet again only on the bench, as Rolando Mandragora partners Jack Bonaventura.
There is a bitter rivalry between these clubs and Juve lost only one of their last eight competitive meetings with the Tuscans.
