Hellas Verona will look to Kevin Lasagna and Cyril Ngonge against Krzysztof Piątek’s Salernitana.

It kicks off at 17.30 GMT at the Stadio Bentegodi.

Davide Faraoni and Pawel Dawidowicz are back for Verona, but Milan Djuricic is injured. The same is true of Miguel Veloso, Ibrahim Sulemana, Thomas Henry and Ajdin Hrustic.

Verona are in the relegation zone but lost just one of the last six matches and collected two consecutive 1-1 draws. The last time they had three draws in a row was in 2016. They have conceded just four goals in six games in 2023 and scored three goals from set pieces in the new year.

Salernitana boss Davide Nicola should switch to a four-man defence. Federico Fazio, Giulio Maggiore and Pasquale Mazzocchi are injured, but Norbert Gyomber returns.

Piatek is expected to start up front. The Poland international has scored in all his three appearances with Verona, with three different clubs, Milan, Fiorentina and Salernitana, in the reverse fixture.

The Granata suffered six defeats in the last eight league games.
