Under-fire Napoli coach Rudi Garcia will have to make do without two key players in Victor Osimhen and Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa when the team travel to Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi to play Hellas Verona on Saturday afternoon.

Last season’s Capocannoniere picked up an injury to his thigh while away on international duty with Nigeria and has since been ruled out for an extended period. It is expected that Giovanni Simeone will come in to replace him as Napoli’s starting centre-forward.

Anguissa, meanwhile, is set to be replaced by Jens Cajuste, who will likely earn just his second league start for Napoli since his €12m move from Stade Reims in the summer. His first start came in the 3-1 win over Frosinone in the opening game of the Serie A season.

Elsewhere, Garcia is expected to name a familiar-looking side, although some outlets have tipped Mario Rui to start at left-back over Mathias Olivera.

Hellas Verona, on the other hand, are tipped to make a number of changes to the side that lost 2-1 to Frosinone prior to the international break.

Kick-off is scheduled for 14.00 UK time.

Napoli (4-3-3): Meret; Di Lorenzo, Ostigard, Natan, Mario Rui; Cajuste, Lobotka, Zielinski; Politano, Simeone, Kvaratskhelia.

Verona: (3-4-2-1): Montipo; Dawidowicz, Magnani, Amione; Faraoni, Duda, Folorunsho, Doig; Ngonge, Lazovic; Djuric.
