A recent collection of injuries means that Maurizio Sarri is set to make plenty of changes to his Lazio team when they travel to face Hellas Verona in Serie A on Saturday afternoon.

The Biancocelesti have struggled to find their stride in Serie A at certain points of the 2023-24 season, but the team have now won three on the bounce across all competitions.

During the 1-0 victory over Genoa in the Coppa Italia on Tuesday, Lazio did lose defender Patric to a muscular problem, and Gustav Isaksen is also now set for several weeks on the sidelines.

They are expected to be replaced by the returning Nicolo Casale and Felipe Anderson respectively.

Elsewhere, Matias Vecino is set to return to the squad after missing out for reported disciplinary reasons in the midweek cup tie.

Verona are tipped to make just one change to the side that drew 3-3 with Udinese last weekend, with Davide Faraoni likely to replace Filippo Terraciano at full-back.

Kick-off is set for 14.00 GMT.

Verona (4-3-3): Montipò; Faraoni, Amione, Coppola, Tchatchoua; Suslov, Duda, Folorunsho; Ngonge, Djuric, Lazovic.

Lazio (4-3-3): Provedel; Lazzari, Casale, Gila, Marusic; Guendouzi, Rovella, Kamada; Felipe Anderson, Immobile, Zaccagni.
