If Milan and Inter end the season level on points, the Rossoneri will be crowned Serie A champions as they have a better head-to-head record against their city rivals this season.
Just two points divide Milan and Inter with four games remaining. The Nerazzurri wasted a golden chance to return to the top of the table yesterday by losing their game in hand against Bologna.
Simone Inzaghi’s boys will face Udinese (away), Empoli (home), Cagliari (away) and Sampdoria (home) in the last four games of the season in Serie A. They will also meet Juventus in the Coppa Italia Final between games against Empoli and Cagliari.
Milan, on the other hand, seem to have a slightly more difficult fixture list with games against Fiorentina (home), Verona (away), Atalanta (home) and Sassuolo (away) remaining. If the two Milanese sides finish level on points, the Rossoneri will be crowned Serie A champions.
They have a better head-to-head record against Inter this season, having drawn the first Derby della Madonnina in November (1-1) and winning the second one 2-1 in February.

Milan would deserve the scudetto based on 2/3rd of the season but they’re going to need better play and more efficient play if they’re going to win the scudetto. 4 games left is not much but it’s enough to botch it all.
I expect both teams to drop points and it’ll likely all come down to the last game. Whatever the outcome the guys have done phenomenally.
As a Juve fan I rather Milan to win it but I think Inter will win it eventually.
Milan havent been under such pressure for some time now.
Winning the scudetto will be an immense boost for the team and that’s why it’s so important.
Otherwise, regular CL participation is good enough for the quality of the team at the moment.

Milan deserve the title. They only have the 3rd best team in the league, but they have been consistent.
Obviously if inter hadn’t a total oaf, they would have won this league by many points.
