Roma coach Jose Mourinho has been handed a two-game suspension and multiple top clubs have been fined following the latest round of Serie A matches.

The 15th matchday of the season was the final before the World Cup break, giving teams something to think about during the six-week pause. Napoli, Inter, Milan and Juventus all picked up three points whilst Roma drew, setting up an exciting second half of the season.

As announced by Serie A, the sporting judge has handed Mourinho a two-match ban following his confrontation with the referee in the dying stages of Roma’s draw with Torino

Inter were fined €12,000 due to both a repeated offensive chant from their supporters aimed at Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini and the throwing of a firecracker towards the opposition supporters.

Juventus were handed a €5000 fine after their supporters made an insulting chant towards the Lazio fans.

The Biancocelesti supporters are also under investigation after anti-semitic chants were allegedly heard during the loss to the Bianconeri.
