Roma are on the hunt for European qualification and can leapfrog sixth place Atalanta with a win over a resilient Salernitana.

The match between the Giallorossi and the Granata kicks off at 17.30 UK time at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

Jose Mourinho’s side booked their spot in the Europa League final after a tense 1-0 aggregate win over Bayer Leverkusen in the semi-finals, giving the Portuguese coach the chance to win two European trophies in his first two seasons in the Italian capital.

Things have been a little more difficult domestically, with the team failing to find a win in their last five outings, so they’ll be hungry to return to winning ways.

Roma are without Leonardo Spinazzola, Rick Karsdorp and Marash Kumbulla, who are all out injured. Stephan El Shaarawy is also in doubt due to a muscle complaint.

Salernitana have only lost once in their last 12 league games, showing the strength and resilience of Paulo Sousa’s side. The Granata cannot count on the injured Federico Fazio and Diego Valencia.

Probable line-ups for Roma vs Salernitana
