Atalanta are still unbeaten in away games this season as they prepare to face Sampdoria at the Stadio Marassi.

The Blucerchiati coach Roberto D’Aversa is under pressure despite their win against Spezia in the Liguria derby last week. Sampdoria are hovering just three points above the relegation zone with two wins and three draws in nine games.

Bartosz Bereszynski is serving a one-match ban, so Juventus loanee Radu Dragusin could start his second game in a row.

Gian Piero Gasperini was sent off for dissent on Sunday, so he is suspended against Sampdoria.

Merih Demiral and Rafael Toloi are still dealing with injuries, so Marten De Roon will play in a three-man defence. However, Joaquin Maehle has recovered and is expected to start at right wing-back with Davide Zappacosta on the bench.

Both Luis Muriel and Duvan Zapata could start up front with  Ruslan Malinovskyi.
