Napoli are looking to keep up the pressure on Simone Inzaghi’s Inter when they host Spezia tomorrow evening, but Lorenzo Insigne has COVID.

The Partenopei sit only four points behind the Nerazzurri in the Serie A table and despite their injury crisis, picking up all three points is a must if they want to keep the gap to the Milanese club to a minimum.

An upset win would be key for Spezia, who sit only three points ahead of relegation candidates Genoa. The Ligurian side’s last win came in early November, when they beat Torino 1-0. Since then they have only picked up two points in their last six league outings.
