Milan are now the joint Serie A leaders with Napoli, but the injury crisis continues to torment Stefano Pioli and Andrea Belotti is pushing for a return to the Torino XI.

The Rossoneri have caught Napoli at the top after eight wins and a draw, although it was a surprising struggle to beat nine-man Bologna 4-2 in the final minutes. Samu Castillejo was added to the absentee list, while Theo Hernandez has recovered from COVID-19, but is not fit to start.

Toro got back on track with a 3-2 victory against Genoa and Belotti made his return from over a month out with a sprained ankle. It’s between Il Gallo and Antonio Sanabria to lead the way for Ivan Juric’s men. Rolando Mandragora and Cristian Ansaldi are big losses in midfield for at least six weeks.
