An ambitious Monza are looking to climb up the Serie A table with a win over relegation bound Cremonese.
The match between the Biancorossi and the Griogiorossi kicks off at 14.00 UK time at the Stadio Brianteo in Monza.
Monza have had an interesting month following their losses to Milan and Salernitana, picking up a win over Empoli and a draw away to Hellas Verona. Silvio Berlusconi’s club have done well in their debut Serie A season and are setting their sights on a strong finish as they look to take the club to greater goals.
The Biancorossi are without Nicolo Rovella, Dany Mota and Marlon, all of whom are out injured.
It’s been a tough season for Cremonese following their promotion from Serie B. They’ve only won once in Serie A this season, beating Roma at the end of last month, but have found themselves in the Coppa Italia semi-finals, giving them a slim hope of silverware. The team sit 12 points from safety and look destined to drop back to the second-tier.
Cremonese’s only absence is defender Vlad Chiriches, out with a muscle problem.
