Stefano Pioli’s Milan will be fighting to maintain their recent momentum when a hungry Bologna side come to visit San Siro.

The match between the Rossoneri and the Rossoblu kicks off at 19.45 UK time at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan.

Milan have won their last four league games and started to generate some consistency after a shaky spell in the first half of the season, allowing them to stay on the trail of league leaders Juventus and Inter.

The Rossoneri are still dealing with a number of injuries, unable to rely on Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori, Pierre Kalulu, Ismael Bennacer and Tommaso Pobega.

Bologna were one of the surprises of the first half of the season, flying to the upper levels of the league table under coach Thiago Motta. They’ve lost a little steam since Christmas, picking up just a point in their last three league games.

The Emilia-Romagna outfit are without Dan Ndoye, Sydney van Hooijdonk and Adama Soumaoro, all out with injuries.

When these two teams met back in the season opener in August, Milan cruised to a 2-0 win after goals from Olivier Giroud and Christian Pulisic.
