Only moments after they fell behind, a determined run from Zaccagni afforded him space to break into the box, where his attempted cross deflected off Gianetti and went into the back of the net, making it 1-1.

A sloppy start to the second half from Lazio allows Udinese to break forward. A low ball into the box from Kamara finds its way to Lucca, who manages to poke it behind Provedel to make it 1-0.

Lazio have only picked up two wins in their last seven Serie A matches, leaving them ninth in the Serie A table, 11 points behind fourth place Bologna. Maurizio Sarri’s side cannot afford to drop any more points if they want to stay in the fight for a Champions League finish.
Udinese have secured just three wins across 27 matches this campaign, a disastrous season that leaves them at real risk of relegation. They’re currently tied on points with 18th place Hellas Verona, leaving them at risk of facing the relegation play-off.
When these two teams met back in January, Lazio edged out a 2-1 win over Udinese after goals from Luca Pellegrini and Matias Vecino.
