At 14.00 GMT (15.00 CET) Fiorentina in crisis host Jamie Vardy’s Cremonese, then Verona take on Torino at 17.00 GMT (18.00 CET).

Week 18 concludes at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET) with the showdown between leaders Inter and high-flying Bologna.
