At 19.45 UK time (20.45 CEST), Inter hope to consolidate their Scudetto advantage, but host a Cagliari side also badly in need of points.

Cristian Chivu is glad Inter ‘enjoy their football’ after sweeping Cagliari aside 3-0, but continues to resist Scudetto celebration. ‘Thank God we achieved Champions League qualification.’
Fabio Pisacane admits the two Inter goals in quick succession left Cagliari ‘dazed’ in an eventual 3-0 defeat at San Siro and warns Serie A safety is not guaranteed yet.

Marcus Thuram and Nicolò Barella assure ending the season empty-handed ‘taught Inter a lot’ and their friendship is helping them march towards the Scudetto now.

Marcus Thuram, Nicolò Barella and Piotr Zielinski eventually broke Cagliari down for a 3-0 victory that takes Inter ever closer to the Scudetto, as Francesco Pio Esposito won the battle of the brothers.

That really is the icing on the cake, an absolute screamer from Zielinski, knocked down for him by Dumfries, stood up lovely, and Zielinski smashed it right-footed into the top corner from the edge of the D!

Another Cagliari corner, Mina can’t keep the header on target, but they are piling on the pressure.
