90+2′ Berat Djimisiti gets a stud to Bellanova’s cross, but can’t quite steer it on target and it goes behind for a goal kick. It would take a miracle for a comeback now.

90′ Six minutes added on.

89′ Yannick Engelhardt replaces the excellent Nico Paz. Strefezza goes off, Marco Sala on. Both sides have now used all available subs.

87′ Strefezza down with cramp. Slightly convenient. Cuadrado urging him to get back up.

86′ Down at the other end, Gabrielloni breaks, finds Nico Paz, and Carnesecchi has to make an acrobatic double-save to keep the scores at 1-3.

Slight bit of controversy

This is fun! Audero drops the ball, then picks it up again. Goalkeepers cannot release the ball and then pick it up. It should be an indirect free-kick inside the area, but the referee is lenient, deciding that Audero’s fumble was accidental, and awards a drop ball insetad.

84′ Como have defended their lead excellently. No major chances for either side since Fadera’s goal, but that is credit to Fabregas’s side and their play out of possession.

Como subs

Patrick Cutrone and Maxi Perrone come off and have been replaced by Alessandro Gabrielloni and Edoardo Goldaniga.

Vlahovic debut for Atalanta

75′ A debut for Vanja Vlahovic, who replaces Ederson. Another forward on for Atalanta. No relation to Juve’s Dusan Vlahovic, by the way.

73′ Cuadrado gets an effort on target for Atalanta after a fortunate exchange with Ademola Lookman.

72′ Strefezza avoids a booking after leaving a leg in on Carnesecchi while trying to close him down.

67′ Como look quite happy to leave most of their players behind the ball now they have a two-goal advantage. Atalanta struggling to break them down so far. Plenty of possession in the final third, but lacking the breakthrough.

Substittutions

Marco Brescianini replaced Mario Pasalic at half-time. Juan Cuadrado and Ademola Lookman came on for Davide Zappacosta and Mateo Retegui after Como’s second. Lazar Samardzic is on for Charles De Ketelaere.

Luca Mazzitelli is on for Como goalscorer Alieu Fadera.

Goal! Fadera! Atalanta 1-3 Como

Paz sends a delightful ball over the top for Fadera, who takes it in his stride and dispatches a bending finish past Carnesecchi from the left-hand side. Atalanta in trouble here.

Own Goal! Kolasinac! Atalanta 1-2 Como

54′ Nico Paz sends a powerful, long-range effort towards Carnesecchi’s net, but it takes a huge deflection off Sead Kolasinac, which wrong-foots the ‘keeper.

Fadera manages to avoid a booking. De Ketelaere looking a bit dazed here. La Dea do not capitalise on the free-kick, taken by De Roon on the touchline.

52′ Fadera with a clumsy challenge on De Ketelaere. Atalanta want him sent off, but the referee does not agree.

Goal! Strefezza! Atalanta 1-1 Como

46′ The visitors are level 20 seconds into the second half. A fantastic flick from Sergi Roberto falls to Strefezza, who sends a lovely effort into the far corner of the net from the edge of the box. Game on.

Ademola Lookman fetches his shirt from the dressing room and is now back out warming up ahead of the second-half. It would not be a surprise to see the former Charlton Athletic man emerge at some stage.

Zappacosta’s opener after 18 minutes:

Half-time: Atalanta 1-0 Como

Zappacosta’s 18th minute strike the difference so far. Como have grown into it a lot more since then, making for an interesting end-to-end game.

44′ Strefezza tries to steer an effort in from the edge of the area, but gets it wrong and it bends away for an Atalanta goal-kick.

42′ Pasalic squanders a wonderful Atalanta move with a poor pass for Zappacosta and Como recover to snub the attack. Minor appeals for a penalty just before then, waved away.

38′ De Ketelaere tries to squeeze through on the byline, but the ball is ushered out for a Como goal-kick.

36′ Alberto Moreno is shown a yellow card. Free-kick Atalanta from the sideline is taken short and worked round to the other side of the pitch, but comes to nothing in the end. Audero claims in the third phase.
