This is a strange sort of derby, because until the final hours of December 31, both clubs were still owned by Claudio Lotito.

The home fans have no love for Lotito or their former sister club, so the atmosphere could be tense.

Among the absentees are Nwankwo Simy, Franck Ribery, Mamadou Coulibaly and Riccardo Gagliolo.
Lazio miss Francesco Acerbi, while Stefan Radu and Toma Basic, plus Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro at the Africa Cup of Nations.
