Atalanta can finally count on Ademola Lookman for the first time in 2024 after Africa Cup of Nations duty and even Jose Luis Palomino is fit for the bench, so only Isak Hien is still out of action.
Koopmeiners is in support with Ederson, but all eyes are on De Ketelaere, who has flourished on loan from Milan and looks likely to make the transfer permanent.
The Belgian has 10 goals and seven assists in 28 competitive games for Atalanta.
These teams met twice already this season, Atalanta winning 3-2 in Serie A in December and a month later the 2-1 victory at San Siro in the Coppa Italia quarter-final.
Bologna already beat Verona 2-0 on Friday, so La Dea need a victory to keep hold of fourth place.
They will also be back here on Wednesday for the rescheduled Serie A match against Inter.
