Napoli bring back Giacomo Raspadori to lead the attack with Hirving Lozano and Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, while Samuel Umtiti returns for Lecce.
It kicks off at the Stadio Via del Mare at 18.00 UK time (17.00 GMT).
The Partenopei were shaken by a 4-0 home defeat to Milan last week, which didn’t make too much of a dent in their now 16-point lead at the top of the table, but was by far their heaviest setback of the season.
Victor Osimhen is still out with a muscular injury sustained on international duty, so Giovanni Simeone drops to the bench and is replaced by Raspadori.
Lecce come into this round off five consecutive defeats, but still have a fairly comfortable gap from the relegation zone.
Alexis Blin sits out a ban with Kastriot Dermaku and Marin Pongracic injured, but Umtiti and Youssef Maleh return after their suspension against Empoli.
Napoli were held to a 1-1 draw by Lecce back in August and beaten 3-2 at home in the previous meeting in February 2020.
