Napoli stick with Victor Osimhen and Kvicha Kvaratskhelia as they seek to further lock down the Scudetto in a visit to reshuffled Empoli.
It kicks off at the Stadio Castellani at 17.00 GMT.
The Partenopei are fresh off a 2-0 Champions League victory over Eintracht Frankfurt and have now won 19 of their last 20 Serie A matches, interrupted only by a 1-0 defeat away to Inter on January 4.
Giacomo Raspadori is injured and there is only minor squad rotation from Luciano Spalletti, who sticks with the same trident attack of Hirving Lozano, Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia.
The only change from the side that played midweek is Mario Rui for Matihas Olivera.
Empoli caused a few upsets this season, including their 1-0 win over Inter, but managed only three draws in the last four rounds.
Jean-Daniel Akpa Akpro and Filippo Bandinelli are suspended, with Nicolò Cambiaghi, Mattia Destro and Lorenzo Tonelli injured, and veteran Ciccio Caputo carrying a muscular issue.
Changes are therefore needed, with Martin Satriano partnering Roberto Piccoli, but the very promising Tommaso Baldanzi and Liam Henderson remain in midfield.
Fabiano Parisi is back from his one-match ban and goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario will have his work cut out for him.
Empoli: Vicario; Ebuehi, Ismajli, Luperto, Parisi; Haas, Henderson, Marin; Baldanzi; Piccoli, Satriano
Napoli: Meret; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Kim, Mario Rui; Anguissa, Lobotka, Zielinski; Lozano, Osimhen, Kvaratskhelia
