Pietro Pellegri’s first Serie A goal in five years was so nearly the winner for Torino, but Ciro Immobile escaped Gleison Bremer to give Lazio a stoppage-time equaliser.
Maurizio Sarri’s side had won four of their last five Serie A games, interrupted only by the heavy defeat to Roma. Toro missed Rolando Mandragora, Dennis Praet, Koffi Djidji and Mohamed Fares, but left Vanja Milinkovic-Savic – younger brother of Sergej – on the bench.

Toma Basic shrugged off his marker with a sensational dummy, but then hesitated and didn’t take the shot before he was closed down.
Lazio began to pour forward in search of an equaliser, Berisha making a sensational save on Milinkovic-Savic’s header after a poorly-cleared corner.
Deep into stoppages, Immobile finally managed to get away from Bremer and meet the wonderful Milinkovic-Savic cross at the back post with a cushioned header.
It still wasn’t over, as Danilo Cataldi’s scorcher skimmed the upright from outside the box.
