Juventus have the chance to temporarily rise to the top of the Serie A table with a win over a resurgent Cagliari.

The match between the Bianconeri and the Rossoblu kicks off at 17.00 UK time at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

Whilst they haven’t been a joy to watch this term, Massimiliano Allegri’s Juventus have hardly put a foot wrong this season, winning eight of their first 11 Serie A outings. The team currently sit two points behind league leaders Inter, their first opponents after the November international break.

The Bianconeri are without the injured Alex Sandro, Danilo, Mattia De Sciglio and Timothy Weah. Adrien Rabiot is suspended, and both Paul Pogba and Nicolo Fagioli are unavailable due to their off-pitch issues.

Cagliari had only picked up two points in their first eight league games, but they’ve started to turn things around in recent weeks, picking up seven points in their last three matches.

The Sardinian outfit cannot count on Alessandro Di Pardo, Nahitan Nandez and Marko Rog, all of whom are sidelined with injuries.

Probable line-ups for Juventus vs Cagliari

Juventus (3-5-2): Szczesny; Gatti, Bremer, Rugani; Cambiaso, McKennie, Locatelli, Miretti, Kostic; Kean, Chiesa.

Cagliari (4-3-1-2): Scuffet; Zappa, Dossena, Goldaniga, Augello; Makoumbou, Prati, Jankto; Mancosu; Oristanio, Luvumbo.
