Juventus will look to Dusan Vlahovic and Kenan Yildiz in a home Serie A game against Domenico Berardi’s Sassuolo tonight, but Federico Chiesa is available.
It kicks off at 19:45 GMT at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.
The Bianconeri are without the suspended Federico Gatti and Weston McKennie while Mattia De Sciglio and Moise Kean are injured.
Chiesa missed the last two games across all competitions with a slight knee injury but is available tonight and is expected to start on the bench.
Allegri will pick Vlahovic and Yildiz up front, while Fabio Miretti, Manuel Locatelli and Adrien Rabiot will get the nod in central midfield.
Filip Kostic is expected to go to the bench with Andrea Cambiaso starting as a left wing-back.
Sassuolo must cope without Jeremy Toljan, Uros Racic, Gregoire Defrel, Matias Vina and Pedro Obiang. Former Roma defender Filippo Missori will replace Toljan, while Gian Marco Ferrari is favourite over Mattia Viti and Ruan Tressoldi.
The Neroverdi sit 14th in the Serie A table and are just two points above the relegation zone, but they are the only team that beat Juventus this season, securing a 4-2 win in the reverse fixture at the Mapei Stadium in September.
