Napoli are currently the most improved team in Serie A compared to the same time last season, and only one side in the division have regressed further than reigning champions Inter, who are two points off the top of the table following a 1-0 loss to Juventus on Saturday.

Inter missed an opportunity to move to the top of the Serie A table after their defeat by Juve at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday evening. The Nerazzurri are still second in the standings and are just two points off Napoli, but they are currently 12 points worse off than they were after the same number of games last season.
