Watch as Lazio claw their way back into the game three times and eventually beat Spezia 4-3 with Francesco Acerbi’s improvised finish, rounding out a match with great strikes, shoddy defending and a very lucky ricochet.

Kelvin Amian broke through when Thomas Strakosha seemed hypnotised by a free kick, cancelled out by Ciro Immobile’s penalty only for Kevin Agudelo to pounce on a Patric howler moments later.

Serie A | Spezia 3-4 Lazio: Acerbi snatches seven-goal thriller

Ivan Provedel was so unfortunate to fingertip Mattia Zaccagni’s angled drive onto the upright, as it ricocheted back in off his shoulder.

Once again, Spezia restored their advantage within 90 seconds through a Petko Hristov free header.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic chested down a ball over the top and shrugged off Arkadiusz Reca for 3-3, but it still wasn’t over, as Acerbi flicked a loose ball back over himself and under the bar.

  1. An exciting game if you like lots of scoring. Lazio‘s defense though…hell, even I could score from my couch. Agudelo just cut right through to get a go ahead goal not 2 minutes after Immobile tied the game on a penalty. Lazio has major issues to address over the summer if they want to be top 4 contenders.
