It took just 10 minutes to take a 2-0 lead at the Stadio Arechi, Milinkovic-Savic’s cheeky back-heel flick knocking down a Luis Alberto ball over the top for Immobile.
Pedro provided the assist for Immobile’s second, rolling across from the right after he was sent clear.
Immobile could easily have had more, a header bouncing off the underside of the bar and a late header palmed round the post, but Lazzari came off the bench to seal it with his impressive pace.
