The visitors had forced an Alex Meret save before Osimhen rose to meet the Elmas cross, then Zielinski curled in from the edge of the area after a well-worked move and Elmas made it 3-0 on the Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa counter.
Marco Silvestri made a couple of tough saves on Elmas and Osimhen, allowing Ilija Nestorovski and Lazar Samardzic to mount a late comeback.
