The Serie A 2024/25 fixture list was announced on Thursday, so Football Italia predicts which months will be most challenging for Daniele De Rossi’s Roma.
The Giallorossi’s new Serie A campaign starts on August 18 away at Cagliari. The Sardinians are currently the only team in Italy’s top flight without a confirmed coach for 2024-25.
The first Rome derby of the season won’t be before the new year, and 2025 will kick off with the derby della Capitale, which, on paper, will be a home game for the Giallorossi.
Roma – Last two months of the season
The second one will be three months later, on the weekend of April 13 and the last two months of the season will surely be the most challenging for De Rossi and his team.

Roma will meet Juventus (home), Lazio (away), Verona (home) and Inter (away) in April, but May won’t be any easier with games against Fiorentina, Atalanta, Milan and Torino.
Roma haven’t played in the Champions League since the 2018-19 campaign and finished each of the last three seasons with 63 points in Serie A.
