Milan will be hoping to pick up their fourth consecutive league win when they travel to Florence to face a confused Fiorentina side.

The match between the Viola and the Rossoneri kicks off at 19.45 UK time at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence.

Fiorentina have shown two completely different faces across the 2022-23 season, looking inconsistent and disappointing in Serie A but appearing far more confident in the Europa Conference League, comfortably reaching the Round of 16 stage.

The hosts are without the injured Aleksa Terzic, their only absence.

Milan have recovered following their unexpected run of poor form after the Christmas break and the team have won their last four outings across Serie A and the Champions League, restoring positivity after a miserable period.

The Rossoneri cannot count on Brahim Diaz, who is out injured, and the suspended Rafael Leao and Rade Krunic.

When Milan and Fiorentina met back in November, Stefano Pioli’s side walked away 2-1 winners thanks to Rafael Leao and a last minute own goal from Nikola Milenkovic.

Probable line-ups for Fiorentina vs Milan

Fiorentina (4-3-3): Terracciano; Dodo, Martinez Quarta, Igor, Biraghi; Bonaventura, Amrabat, Mandragora; Nico Gonzalez, Cabral, Saponara.

Milan (3-4-2-1): Maignan; Kalulu, Thiaw, Tomori; Calabria, Bennacer, Tonali, Theo Hernandez; De Ketelaere, Rebic; Giroud.
