Mattia Perin was the hero for Juventus, saving a Luka Jovic penalty and late Sofyan Amrabat chance, after Christian Kouame cancelled out the Arek Milik opener.

Paredes was penalised using VAR for handball on a Sottil cross, but Perin made a fantastic fingertip save to push Jovic’s penalty onto the upright. It was the fourth Juventus penalty saved from the last seven awarded against them in Serie A.
Danilo charged down an Antonin Barak attempt from 12 yards, then did the same on a dangerous Dodo cross, during which the Juve man got his ankle caught under him.
Perin came to Juve’s rescue again in the final minutes with a fantastic fingertip save to push Sofyan Amrabat’s scorcher out from under the crossbar.

Respect to Fiorentina for realising that they were up against the Buffalo Bills of Europe and credit to PhD Max for treating them like prime Barca.
It will be remarkable if Allegri can get the team to win 2 games back to back with zero attempts on goal especially in the second half.
