Thiago Motta’s Bologna visit Empoli at the Stadio Castellani Computer Gross Arena tonight with Jens Odgaard expected to replace the injured Joshua Zirkzee.
It kicks off at 19:45 GMT.
The Tuscans are without the injured Ardian Ismajli and the suspended Jacopo Fazzini, but Razvan Marin is also unlikely to be available.
Nicola will stick to a 3-4-2-1 formation and seems to have just one doubt concerning the attack where M’Baye Niang is favourite over Alberto Cerri.
Motta will also pick the usual 4-1-4-1 system but the Rossoblu will be without Zirkzee who is expected to remain out of action for at least one month.
Adama Soumaoro and Jesper Karlsson are also on the treatment table, while Stefan Posch is unavailable as he became a father only a few days ago.
Dan Ndoye is favourite over Alexis Saelemaekers on the left wing and Odgaard is expected to replace Zirkzee. The Danish striker has netted twice in four Serie A appearances since moving to the Stadio Dall’Ara in January.
