Georginio Wijnaldum will start his first match for Roma, but José Mourinho could rotate in attack against a Cremonese side still looking for their first win in Serie A this season.

It kicks off at 17.30 GMT on Tuesday.

Only Michele Castagnetti is out of action for the hosts. Vlad Chiriches is back, but not expected to start.

The only doubt for Cremonese coach Davide Ballardini appears to be up front where Frank Tsadjout or Cyriel Dessers will partner with David Okereke.

Ebrima Darboe is injured and Chris Smalling is suspended for Roma. Marash Kumbulla will replace the English defender. Mourinho will rotate in attack after Thursday’s 2-0 win over RB Salzburg in Europa League.

Paulo Dybala is not expected to start while Andrea Belotti or Tammy Abraham will get the nod up front.

PSG loanee Wijnaldum will start his first game for the Giallorossi replacing Nemanja Matic in the middle of the park.
