Romelu Lukaku is expected to go on the bench again for Inter, with Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez starting in Davide Ballardini’s first home game in charge of Cremonese.

It kicks off at 17.00 GMT.

Cremonese are the only Serie A team with no victories this season, but Ballardini is unbeaten in his first two games in charge, having beaten Napoli on penalties in Coppa Italia and collecting a draw away at Bologna last week.

Cyriel Dessers is back for Cremonese and will partner David Okereke up front. Charles Pickel is suspended and Luka Lochoshvili is injured.

Inter have a few key players out, with Nicolò Barella and Milan Skriniar suspended and Marcelo Brozovic injured.

Roberto Gagliardini or Kristjan Asllani will get the nod in central midfield with Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Matteo Darmian will play in a three-man defence replacing Skriniar.

Lukaku is available but will start on the bench seeing Dzeko and Lautaro start up front. El Toro has contributed to 11 goals in the last nine matches against newly-promoted teams, including a hat-trick in the reverse fixture played at San Siro in August.
