The Blues won the second Champions League in their history, beating Manchester City 1-0 at the Stadio Do Dragao.
They hit Pep Guardiola’s side on the counterattack with a Kai Havertz goal before the half-time break. Italy international Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri won the first Champions League in their career.
Napoli and Verona congratulated their former player Jorginho on Twitter. The 29-year-old came through the academy of Hellas Verona before joining the Azzurri in 2014.
Roma did the same with Antonio Rudiger and Emerson Palmieri, who both played with the Giallorossi.
