Thomas Müller will leave his beloved Bayern Munich at the end of the 2024-25 season, and reports in Germany claim that Serie A side Fiorentina are among the clubs interested in offering him a contract for the 2025-26 season.
Müller, who has spent his entire career in Munich and has been on Bayern’s books for 25 years, has recently confirmed that he will be leaving the Allianz Arena at the end of his current contract, which is up at the end of the season.
The German veteran has not come to a formal decision either way about the next steps in his career, though.
Reports Fiorentina among potential destinations for Müller

Reports over the last few weeks indicate that MLS is his most likely next destination. German outlet BILD reports that MLS bosses assembled for a recent meeting in Chicago and decided that bringing Müller to the USA is of benefit to the whole league.
If that does happen, then Los Angeles FC, who have a commercial partnership with Bayern Munich, are the most likely club to land his signature.
There are, however, a number of other clubs outside the United States interested in securing a deal for Müller.
According to BILD, there are several sides in England, Turkey and Italy interested in signing Müller for the 2025-26. Fiorentina are the only European side to be mentioned specifically in Wednesday’s report.
Following in the footsteps of Mario Gomez. Even at his age, Muller is as good or better than half of the available strikers.
Milan should take him. He would do really well at San Siro and he is an example to the younger Whipper Snappers!
