Juventus caretaker coach Paolo Montero is expected to stick to a three-man defence against Thiago Motta’s Bologna who must cope without the injured Joshua Zirkzee.

It kicks off at 20:45 CET at the Stadio Dall’Ara in Bologna.

Both sides have already qualified for the Champions League and are level on 67 points in the Serie A table.

Lewis Ferguson and Zirkzee are not available for Bologna and Motta, who is tipped to become the next Juventus coach, will confirm a 4-1-4-1 system.

Riccardo Calafiori is favourite over Victor Kristiansen, while Kacper Urbański is expected to start in central midfield. Jens Odgaard will start as a lone striker.

Juventus legend Montero makes his debut in the Juventus dugout and will stick to a 3-5-2 formation with Samuel Iling-Junior expected to start as a left midfielder, pushing Filip Kostic to the bench.

Federico Chiesa and Dusan Vlahovic will start in attack. Nicolò Fagioli is available and could return to action coming off the bench as a substitute, making his first appearance after a seven-month ban for gambling.

Only Paul Pogba and Mattia De Sciglio are unavailable for the Old Lady.

Montero took charge of his first training session on Sunday.
