Inter return to the Stadio Dall’Ara after last year’s costly defeat in the title race with Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku, while Thiago Motta will look to Musa Barrow in attack.

It kicks off at 11.30 GMT.

The Nerazzurri lost the last meeting at the Stadio Dall’Ara in 2022, a match that was eventually crucial in the title race last season. The last time Bologna won two home games in a row against Inter was in 1999.

Ex-Inter star Motta must cope without Kevin Bonifazi, Marko Arnautovic, Nicola Bagnolini and Joshua Zirkzee.

The only doubt for the former Italy international appears to be on the left flank where Charalampos Lykogiannis is favourite to start over Andrea Cambiaso.

Bologna won four of the last six Serie A matches. Only Napoli have earned more points since mid-January.

Inter must cope without Milan Skriniar and Federico Dimarco plus Joaquin Correa.

Matteo Darmian is expected to start in defence with Alessandro Bastoni and Stefan de Vrij or Francesco Acerbi completing a three-man backline.

Lukaku should partner with Lutaro Martinez up front after scoring the winner in Wednesday’s Champions League victory against Porto at San Siro.

The Belgian striker has scored in each of his four appearances against Bologna.

Bologna vs. Inter – probable line-ups
