Atalanta and Frosinone get the second half of their Serie A seasons underway on Monday evening in the penultimate game of the 20th round of league fixtures.
It is a must-win affair for Atalanta, who currently find themselves in eighth place in the league, but could lift themselves back into fifth and one point outside the top four with a home victory against Eusebio Di Francesco’s men.
Gian Piero Gasperini has had to adapt as well with Ademola Lookman on international duty with Nigeria for the Africa Cup of Nations. Hans Hateboer is also unavailable through injury and it is slightly too soon for an El Bilal Toure comeback.
Gianluca Scamacca will lead the line for La Dea, supported by Teun Koopmeiners and Charles De Ketelaere in attacking midfield roles.
The visitors will line up with a front three comprising Juventus loanee Matias Soule, Walid Cheddira and Abdou Harroui.
Kick-off is due at 19.45 GMT.
Atalanta (3-4-2-1): Carnsecchi; Scalvini, Djimsiti, Kolasinac; Holm, De Roon, Dos Santos, Ruggeri; Koopmeiners, De Ketelaere; Scamacca.
Frosinone (4-3-3): Turati; Lirola, Bonifazi, Okoli, Henrique; Mazzitelli, Barrenechea, Brescianni; Soule, Cheddira, Harroui.
