More Serie A transfer updates

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly moved into the driving seat in the race for Napoli star Osimhen, Corriere dello Sport claim, putting themselves ahead of Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United in the build-up to the summer transfer window.

Napoli have decided against signing Premier League loanees Hamed Junior Traoré and Leander Dendoncker on definitive transfers, planning to send both players back to England upon the conclusions of their loan deals.

Mauro Icardi is keen to make a return to Serie A in the near future, Matteo Moretto confirmed, but hasn’t received an opening from Juventus, Inter or Milan, who are all focusing on other targets ahead of the summer transfer window.

Juventus have reportedly identified three players they’d look to sell in the summer to fund a deal for Atalanta star Teun Koopmeiners, who commands an asking price of around €60m.

Juventus are aware of the interest in talented full back Andrea Cambiaso, with Aston Villa reportedly keen, but aren’t planning to sell the 24-year-old ahead of next season, Moretto reported.
