Leonardo Semplici has boosted rumours he’ll replace under-fire Cagliari coach Eusebio Di Francesco. ‘I’m ready if a call arrives.’
The former SPAL coach is currently out of work and therefore available to step in at the Sardegna Arena.
“I am really eager to get back on the bench and I’m ready if a call arrives,” Semplici told Radio CRC.
Cagliari aren’t the only club linked with Semplici, as Crotone have also considered him as an option to replace Giovanni Stroppa.

“I am really eager to get back on the bench and I’m ready if a call arrives,” Semplici told Radio CRC.
Cagliari aren’t the only club linked with Semplici, as Crotone have also considered him as an option to replace Giovanni Stroppa.
“I am keeping up to date, watching a lot of games, including ones outside of Italy. I want to make sure that I am ready to resume, not even necessarily from the start of next season.”
