The Rossoblu tactician met with President Tommaso Giulini yesterday and Tuesday could be the decisive day for Semplici.

Sky Sport Italia reports Udinese are monitoring his situation in Sardinia, but Semplici said he hopes to continue with Cagliari.

“The President’s words are pleasing,” he said at a press conference. “Even on my part, there’s the intention to continue this adventure and I hope I will be able to continue.

“I’m relaxed, we have done a good job. I came here to save Cagliari and this gives me confidence for my future.”
