Leonardo Semplici says it is ‘useless’ to look at other results as SPAL’s survival destiny is in their own hands.
With Benevento and Verona already doomed to Serie B, the Biancazzurri are one of five teams separated by just two points as the battle to avoid the final relegation place goes down to the wire.
However, the Ferrara club have lost only one of their last 11 fixtures and could guarantee their safety with victory at mid-table Torino today.

“We face a team who got a great point at Napoli,” Semplici told his pre-match Press conference.
“They are a strong team with quality and experience. They’ll be playing to finish the season strongly at home.
“It will be a tough match, where we will look to back up our results from recent matches.
“It’s useless to look at the other fixtures, our destiny is in our own hands. We just need to look at giving a great performance.”
