The Serie A side managed a 1-1 away draw in Russia three weeks ago without the likes of Thomas Strakosha, Lucas Leiva and Ciro Immobile who had tested positive for COVID.

Simone Inzaghi has now recovered them all.

"The return of Immobile has a great weight, having more elements available is good for Lazio, but we must think about our game,” Semak said at a press conference.

“Lazio not only know how to handle the ball well, they have quality players and know how to counterattack."

Zenit, on the contrary, will have a few players out of action.

“Luckily, we recovered Sebastian Driussi, Sardar Azmoun, other players returned [to training] today, others remained in Saint Petersburg.

“We are only focused on tomorrow’s game,” he added.

“I learned many things about Italian football thanks to Luciano Spalletti and Fabio Capello. I was the assistant of both and I did also play with Spalletti. I am grateful to them both.”
