The Stadio Giuseppe Meazza is officially sold out for the first leg of the Champions League semi-final between Milan and Inter scheduled for next Wednesday, March 10.

Those in possession of Milan season tickets and Cuore Rossonero cards were eligible to purchase the hottest tickets in town during the first two phases of the official release.

The fixture then became entirely sold out within hours of tickets being made available to the general public through the club’s website and ticketing office.

It is expected that the second leg, in which Inter will officially be at home, will prove to be just as, if not even more popular given its consequences in regards to qualification for the final.

On the club website, Inter have noted that there has already been an unprecedentedly high demand for tickets for the return leg.

Supporters who have held an Inter season ticket for at least four consecutive seasons will be among the first group able to buy tickets, which will go on sale this Thursday.

A further three tiers of ticket releases are scheduled over the days following, however, it is extremely unlikely that they will go on general sale given the extraordinarily high demand.
