Seedorf to be World Cup pundit

It has been announced that Milan Coach Clarence Seedorf will work as a pundit for the BBC during this summer’s World Cup.

The Dutchman performed a similar role during the 2010 finals in South Africa and has again been invited by the British television network to provide insight in Brazil.

The tactician’s agent, Deborah Martin, confirmed that he has accepted the offer but also stressed that it would not impede his work at San Siro.

“Clarence Seedorf was a pundit with the BBC during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and he has maintained his relationship with them,” Martin said to ANSA.

“He will again work with the BBC during the 2014 World Cup, but only for certain specific matches during the month of June.

“His work with the BBC will be around his commitments in Milan and he will only work on free days.

“This is in the same way as in 2010, when he worked during the break between the two football seasons.”
